Camargo told to make Cimpor counterbid or withdraw

LISBON (Reuters) – Brazil’s Camargo Correa Group must present a counterbid to take over cement maker Cimpor or withdraw its merger proposal, Portugal’s stock market regulator (CMVM) told the company on Saturday.

Obama chides banks’ "audacity" for fighting fee

Alibaba slams Yahoo’s statement on Google

JAL agrees tie-up deal with Delta: report

TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan Airlines (JAL) has agreed on a tie-up with Delta Air Lines that will mean JAL joins the SkyTeam airline alliance, dropping its membership of the Oneworld alliance, a Japanese newspaper said on Saturday.
